I have owned Adriana for quite sometime. They have a world class iron ore project. 

My thoughts of the combination!!
scp is cheap compared to their nav
adi is trading below its cash value (close to 25 million in cash)
In a good mkt for iron ore, adi is worth 100 million plus. 
Both the companies are suffering from a downturn in resource sector. At fair value they should be much higher. 

So all in all it does look a decent deal for everyone. Hopefully their investment in inplay pays off. Coal is a good place to be right now. 

They have cash to deploy in new investments. i hope they go after some royalty plays so they can generate cash flow ....  

One last thought, I think they might sell 40% of the jv interest in adi's property to Wisco for a royalty at some point. 

Lets see. Something for both sides to look forward to!
