Here is my quick valuation of this one in CD$.  We are way below 50%:

inplay.  : $6M
ICD incl cash: $31M
RII: $5.7M
other: 0.4M
Total energy:  $37.1M

Corsa Coal: $40M
other:  $1.7M
Total mining:  $41.7M

one Earth:  $25M
UAG:          $17M (I think it's higher but put lower than them)
Total farm:  42M

cash less loan: ($5M)

Total$115.8M/96,670,000 shares = $1.197/share and we are trading at .50 cents?

I meant to say ICD includes cash from recent sale of share as we went from 12% ownership to 4.9%.

I was pretty spot on.    They lowered UAG to $17M but also lowered One Earth to $14M which I was off on.    You have to read the financial reports.   NAV is $1.05.     Will see when Inplay starts trading later in the week.    Net $12 Million in cash is good, throw us a bone in a special dividend or something?

When asked about the UAG position they were not very optimistic that they would be able to sell their shares anytime soon.  That is a position that if they could sell right now and even get 10 million it would be great for the share price.
