fyi as you may know you have a right to be a 'dissenting' shareholder and get supposedly fair market value.  However I did that once years ago and it was a disaster... they just tied it ...more

There is definately still room for this to run.  We have a floor of .30 and we have the possibilty of someone else stepping in with a bid so speculators should send this to a premium of .30.  ...more
