PETERS   says  that  the  fair  price  is  from 6  cents   to  23  cents.  Who  believes  them  and  their  "unbiased"    opinion? NONE. NOBODY  is   so  naive  to  believe  they  are  "unbiased"....

I have spent some time going back and looking at how this has unfolded. I have concluded that way back when BAM rejected the $3.80 offer (let there be no mistake it was BAM that controlled the puppets on the board) last summer, they had determined that they could get more for this company if they could take it private. I am sure that not even BAM could have seen themselves getting it for ...more
