RE:insider activtyIt's definately not looking good___  The market didnt like the Avenex takeover and from the current PPS one could surmise that they don't like this managment team at all... With a nearly 15% dividend at the current price it's certain that something is wrong...

I currently have over 5000 shares that have a significant loss that I never expect to recover___ Fortunately though, they only represent a small portion of my overall portfolio...
