Kherson, Do you have any fear that when they issue those preferreds that they will carry a very high dividend rate that will come from reducing the dividend on the commons ?

As a former Avenex shareholder who is very deep underwater also, I really would like to believe that George can and will make a difference here for the common shareholders and not take away from them to enhance the preferreds...
