Anyone who does not understand these tactics has no business on the stock exchange or at SAM.

What is happening with Starcore is planned like this:
Push price down .... Make a takeover bid.

And the managemant will be fooled ( also ). They quickly organized a PP at $0.20 for themselves just a few weeks ago...... and are now below that.
With an offer at $0.30 - 0.40 in the next weeks they will now be satisfied ( have to )..... and so will we......

I don't know about you? but a offer of 40 cents is nowhere near fair value for our company at current status, if you keep in mind that El Creston alone based on the moly was valued at 194 million dollars few years back? We dont even know the gold an silver grades it contains as well the copper opportunity what lies at depth. Our bookvalue alone as stated in the latest sedar files goes more to ...more

Please explain how these tactics are being employed. If Sempur were actually manipulating the stock downard either the short Interest would be increasing exponentially or Sempur would be selling from their existing stockpile of shares. In either situation, you would see the signs of this in the volume traded. Short interest remains near zero and the stock continues to trade with non existent ...more

The people that hold Starcore are talking consistantly about sempers offer on the stockforums... semper doesn't matter, they did a open offer, management refused, because the offer was ridiculous. Story done.
