GoviEx Uranium has attracted a bought deal financing for C$10M from Sprott!
Update:
• A feasibility study on its flagship Madaouela project returned an AT-NPV8% of $140M, and an AT-IRR of 13.3%, using $65/lb uranium vs our fair value estimate of $203M.
• Although NPV declined, Goviex has attracted a bought deal financing for C$10M from Sprott Capital Partners.
• Upcoming catalysts include the potential for offtake/project financing for Madaouela (Zambia), an FS on Muntanga in 2023, and continued exploration at Falea (Mali).
