RE:RE:RE:Cold call
RE:RE:RE:Cold callI would rather not sell at all, it's been almost a year now without divs, if I had to wait another year before receiving them again I would rather wait than to sell for a lowball price of $4.75.
We all know SIR will likely do another IPO for $10. The dead weight of Canyon Creek will be gone (I am sure they want out of the remaining 3 locations) and they will have a hedge by entering the huge fast food take out biz with Renegade Chicken.
The takeout/popup business can grow much quicker than the large capital intensive brick and mortar dine-in establishments of Scaddabush and Jack's, although franchising could also come into the picture to help grow that.
Both scenarios are a win-win post-covid, which as one of the kings in hospitality said, "This is going to be the Roaring Twenties".

I've had a position in SIR for over a decade. Mostly purchased in the $11 to $15 range and re-investing Divs along the way. I even have a decent portion of my kids RESP in it. I think at this point I only give them up when they pry them from my hands.
I really do miss the juicy monthly distribution though.
