SIR has concept restaurant brands, including Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill, Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar, and Canyon Creek Chop House, signature restaurant brands, such as Reds Wine Tavern, Reds Midtown Tavern, Reds Square One, and The Loose Moose, which are used by SIR under a license agreement with SIR Royalty Limited Partnership (the Partnership. The Fund receives distribution income from its investment in the Partnership and interest income from the SIR Loan. The Fund indirectly participates in the revenues generated under the License and Royalty Agreement through its Investment in the Partnership.

RE:RE:New Restrictions on Restaurants in Windsor-EssexTotally agree - the restaurant industry gets the excrement-covered end of the stick - first to be restricted, and last to become unrestricted.  Targeted action makes sense, not blanket solutions.  Politicans are wary because of Omicron, but unless we see our hospitals full to bursting with critically ill patients it makes no sense to shut down lives.  Businesses cannot survive with all this chopping and changing - how on earth are you supposed to plan?  I understand the travel sector has the same problem, but at least they are more on the frontlines of the virus coming in the country.
