Formal scientific papers generated by the lead scientist out of York U confirms that much of this science is now at least 9 months old. Final scientific papers were released in September and it takes at least 3 months for papers to be vetted.

A lot of work has already been done re. integrating this science into useful equipment with much of the "wrap around equipment" already in production for some time.
