Divulging the facts or lack of facts as I see them - including the lack of disclosure on any ISM BOARD of DIRECTORS meetings or lack of meetings is not Slander or Libel my friend.
You served as a DIRECTOR on a PUBLICLY TRADED COMPANY in CANADA, THE UNITED STATES and GERMANY. You have FIDUCIARY RESONSIBLITIES to account for as does the ENTIRE CURRENT and FORMER Board of Directors.
- Did you disclose to the BOARD of DIRECTORS and CEO MILLER that you had a potential conflict of interest and your Relative - CEO MARK VAN DER HORST of GALE CAPITAL as he receives payments and stock options from ISM. And you would be in a severe conflict of interest with any and all issues pertaining to compensation - fees paid and business practices ?
- Did you ever make a MOTION to recind the RANDY MILLER COMPENSATION PACKAGE when you found out about it ?
- Did you ever go on the RECORD at a BOARD MEETING about the constant rescheduling of ISM Annual Shareholders meetings ?
- Did you ever go on the record stating that DIRECTORS and INSIDERS - GALE CAPITAL - should not accept lower stock option grants due to the unethical conduct of this action, IMHO !
Do not threaten me Luke ! I am not intimidated by threats - that seams to be the method that CEO RANDY MILLER employs Luke, and look at the "success" that has brought.
I am asking questions that the OSC is investigating and I wish you Luck Luke in your future career as this PUMP and DUMP led by RANDY MILLER IMHO is bad. You may be the only honest guy in the room as you may have set a record for the shortest tenure as a Director of any Publicly Traded Company in the history of Canada.
