I do see your point but you have to keep in mind that if the sp increases enough that Essel and others exercise their warrants say by June of next year that's something in the neighbourhood  8 million dollars which should be enough to pay for the PSC's you mentioned. After that if things go according to plan and with some milestones reached any futher PP will be at a much higher price, yes still some dilution but a lot less because of the higher price.  JMHO
