RE:PR DisasterYoungGun, totally agree and I have been preaching it for A LONG TIME now.

We need MARKETING-MARKETING-MARKETING.

We can boast and rave about LG-Samsung-Streaming to all devices-Intnl launch but if nobody knows about us what`s the sense.
LG and Samsung will never help us beyond promoting our app on their website or some advertising that doesn`t cost them.
All the promotions we were to get with Disney characters and all the other stuff,where is it?.

WE HAVE TO DO OUR OWN MARKETING,and to do it we need money-money-money.
Nobody else is going to do it for us and why should they, we are their customers also and if we want to tell the world about it ,it`s up to us, nobody else.

Word of mouth, social media does work but to a certain extent, unless you pound it constantly.

To give you an example I had mention 3DGo to the guys at the local Audiotronics (by far the biggest sellers of TVs in my area), mostly LG-Samsung , but they forgot while waiting for launches and compatibles.
Today i visited and mentioned again and within 30 minutes they had downloaded the app and were showing Frozen in the Store and had called two more stores to do the same.
They were thankful and kind of dissapointed since many people had asked about it and they were unaware.

WE watched it on a 65` Prime 4K UHD Smart 3D webos 2 and it was beautiful, even them were impressed.
So there you go ........

So if people don`t know, the stores that sell the TVs don`t know what do you need ? MARKETING.

Some keep raving about 80-100%  access, but you have to conquer that access, to have to show them, you have to convince them, you have to keep them coming, and do you do that? MARKETING, advertising, and it`s not free, and we have to do it ourselves, we need a strategy and money.

I also agree with Polebrook, we have to conquer North America, make sure the brand is a success, show that we have lots of members,that everything is fine and showing revenues, then jump the ocean with some needed cash to again market and advertise our brand.
There`s more than the language, there are rules and different taxes.
In France you can`t show a movie unless it`s more than 18-24 months old, things are changing fast but we are not,.
Somebody told us that 3D is popular in Europe, but in the cinemas, we have no idea about the homes yet, there are no studies or prototypes.

So here we are, with not even 50.000 active members, barely any revenues, but WITH A SUPERB PRODUCT subsidized by investors and quarters away from turning a profit.

There`s a big market out there  and we are still doing almost nothing to conquer it.

IMHO.
