RE:RE:RE:3dgo! web page shout down, can we do any class actionWhat se have right now is circumstancial evidences. Nothing, by itself, that could make him guilty in front of the law. We would have to show that he knew something that would, reasonably, allow him to know what he was saying to the investor was misleading. Without access to internal communication I doubt anything can be proved. And the electronic shredder must be working day and night right now. Do you think they made sure to keep all the records when they moved out of their offices? Good opportunity to get rid of compromising stuff.
