Massi, were you still seriously expecting an international launch and device compatibility at this point? And from Routhier, of all people? The possibility of SIO ever delivering any of those two objectives died on December 23. The company has no staff, equipment or offices - all they have right now is a couple of hundred $k's of debt to entities on which it depended to remain alive. In those ...more

Delusion of grandeur / narcisistic personality disorder. That seems to fit him well.  Essentially, they sold the patents, the only thing that had value in this company, at a bargain so he could get some fuel to get a salary for some more months. And at the same time work on his next project. Do you all really believe he was working on selling 3DGO? Really? During that time he went to Euorpe ...more

No kidding, huh?  Takes a special kind of lunatic to use hashtags such #3Dnotdead and #3Dlives on the very same day they announce that their 3D VOD service is shutting down, while their company is going through insolvency proceedings.  I've already warned some of my contacts in the VR business in Montreal and Toronto to stay away from that clown, seeing as VR is likely his next ...more

What se have right now is circumstancial evidences. Nothing, by itself, that could make him guilty in front of the law. We would have to show that he knew something that would, reasonably, allow him to know what he was saying to the investor was misleading. Without access to internal communication I doubt anything can be proved. And the electronic shredder must be working day and night right now ...more

Massi: Every NR and PR had the good old Disclaimer, they can hide behind it. As for over promising-under delivering and hiding risks, there`s nothing we can do now. All the red flags were raised ,we were duped along with the Caisse and many many others. A very expensive lesson,a very sad situation that will leave a sour taste when it comes to trust when investing. Almost all Companys are using some ...more

I do not completely agree about the disclaimer. If they knew something to be false that would make a public statement misleading, then no matter what disclaimer you have it doesn't protect you. Let's say for example that they announce that they are doing the international roll out but internal emails show they have absolutely no intention to proceed. Then your disclaimer doesn't help ...more

I think that if a certain pattern of deception can be shown, it would be enough to start an investigation and have them release their internal communication to the authorities.
