RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:3dgo! web page shout down, can we do any class actionI do not completely agree about the disclaimer. If they knew something to be false that would make a public statement misleading, then no matter what disclaimer you have it doesn't protect you. Let's say for example that they announce that they are doing the international roll out but internal emails show they have absolutely no intention to proceed. Then your disclaimer doesn't help them at all.
