My theory
My theoryLegacy's CEO is known to be agressive, as they are SOG's partner at Maxhamish, I would expect them to acquire Strategic as soon as the well results are known.
They have drilled two wells at maxhamish, the first one was completed but sanded off during the frac, they are doing remedial work to get the oilflow back. Well looks good so far, the second well has been tded but not completed.
I don't believe SOG will be around in a month!
