I emailed Ralph and he said that everything is on track. They are in the process of setting up the Mexican Trust as part of the Trafugia arrangement. Mexican trust rules are comlicated and I can certainly appreciate the delays that they are facing in getting this part resolved. That should be very soon. Once that trust is complete and the agreed upon arrangement as previously disclosed is done, then the bank is ready to go with final funding. The don't see any change in the discussions to complete this in the near future.
So personally that gives me confidence to sit tight and let this value get unlocked for shareholders.
