What I did not appreciate when I first invested was that the Chinese are a bunch of lying, thieving, corrupt crooks. Accordingly, it is extremely difficult forany western company such as Spur, to operate on a level playing field. The only reason I am still in this is that I can still get some of my money back if the Company is liquidated. I have no faith in Spur's Management pulling half an iron out of the fire, let alone all our irons. I hope I am wrong, but I doubt it!
