Many times during the day for example, a bid at 1.20 and qty of 10500 would show for less than a second and then a bid at 1.18 for qty of 200 shares would flash for a second or two and then back to 1.20/10500. There were other combinations flashing throughout the day. I view this as a good thing as a long. It keeps the day traders on their toes. I bought shares several times today at the ask and that ask price never showed up and always got the shares .01 cheaper. I am not complaining, I just thought it ws odd.
