Its clinical solutions include Rapid Acute Lung Injury Diagnostic (RALI-Dx), lung transplant diagnostics, COVID-19 testing and surveillance testing solutions. Its RALI-Dx IL-6 Severity Triage Test and the RALI-fast IL-6 Severity Triage point of care (POC) Test each help clinicians identify which patients with SARS-CoV-2 are predicted to have a severe inflammatory response and should or should not be admitted to the hospital. It's time to monetize something...$ 36M USD Market Cap?

For:
  • revolutionary transplant assist technology (in partneship with the UHN, a world-leader in lung transplantation)
  • Rali-Dx (as an ICU Triage tool to predict adverse inflammatory reactions to various infections inclusding Covid-19)
  • perhaps the highest level of accuracy in serum based Covid Antibody testing
  • Home Diagnostics for other hard to diagnose afflictions (RA, Celiac)
  • Efficient/cost saving multi-plexing technology / equipment for the BioTech Industry
  • PCR and asymptomatic Covid testing equipment - all rapid turn-around (jump started by recent merger - in critical industries like mining and film production)
  • Surface detection technology (in partnership with McMaster U)

IMO, any one of the peices could be sold for multiples of the current MC. Collectively, likely > $ 1B USD, if properly packaged and negotiated.
