RE:RE:RE:RE:22 MILLION

RE:RE:RE:RE:22 MILLIONHey Dave,

Im not really concerned with the dilution. I don't like it but until we know why the monies were raised it's just that a dilution and of no value to shareholders. That said, let's speculate that RB is in talks with tesla as gd indicated they are in talks with "mining companies" .  With RB at full production at the end of 2014 they will be at 20k t annually for an estimated mine life of 12yrs based on the fs . There are still inferred resources which may increase the mine life but if not acquisition of an adjacent property owned by another super small jr with similar resource would secure a longer mine life at a discounted price. Now that jr mv I think is 12mm if I remember correctly. They just raised 22mm .. Hmmm makes you think. They have plenty of cash on hand 55mm before the raise, 1mm net a month from the iodine mine and will start selling li in a few weeks. So no reason for the raise unless there are plans in the works. What if Elon came to them and said he's interested in a JV with off take agreement if RBI gains a sizable increase in production? Or mgt sees the lt opportunity in the market period and buying a strategic asset of another li jr close by to extend the mine life, increase supply and production beyond the 20k t to feed the giga machine. I cant see Elon buying nickel, colbalt, lithium, graphite etc.. Mines to secure Ll the material supply by JV's would make sense. Maybe buy one or two Li & graphite. Nickel prices are set to rise as supply issues in the Philippines and global production is tight and demand is on the rise. But nickel mines are much more expensive .. Lithium and graphite are much cheaper in comparison. As you stated it would make sense for tesla to secure and control as much of he supply chain as possible to ensure margins on the batteries and cars are maintained . Precisely why I suggested tesla may be interested in rb in some capacity. With current production of 35k cars and plans to introduce a entry level priced car , suv, etc and hit annual production of 500,000 vehicles they need to do everything possible to ensure the success and it'll rides on the giga factory. Tessa's stock will certainly rise again once the giga factory gets full approval later this month. I'll be picking some up soon after this sell off. Gita
