Difference between test kit SONA & Vaccine INOVIO
Inovio "INO" will be starting it's 2nd phase clinical trial on humans in April... however realistically it could take a year before this is ready for the public.
I copied this from the Market Watch Article on Inovio published today.
https://www.marketwatch.com/story/inovio-shares-rally-after-biotech-says-human-trials-of-coronavirus-vaccine-will-start-in-april-2020-03-03 "Inovio is expecting to deliver 1 million doses of vaccine by year-end, using its existing resources, but will need additional resources to scale up to provide further amounts.
The company has finalized the designs for human clinical trials and has developed large-scale manufacturing plans. It is planning to launch trials in the U.S. in 30 healthy volunteers and expects to publish the first results by fall."
As you can see this will not roll out until the end of 2020.
We need the Sona Nanotech's Test Kit now to be able to test thousands of people. It's all a matter of how fast they can produce this large scale and get it to the market.
Sona just partnered with GE Healthcare to expedite this process. GLTA
