Stranzl is first ceo in 10 plus years who is focused on business. Sears has never closed a home store. Why keep something that produces no ebitda. They are over $30 a share in cash trading for $4 so

Yes I see. Saks and Nordstrom compete with Sears??? I do see risk of go private at cheap price. Rule is the majority of minority need to approve. Last time in 2006 ackman blocked the go private deal

Never seen stock trade under its cash value. I would be a buyer here. Also big chunk of expense is people. Stranzl cutting 125 million in opex which brings ebitda is line. They should have cut sooner.
