RE:RE:risk of go privateNever seen stock trade under its cash value. I would be a buyer here. Also big chunk of expense is people. Stranzl cutting 125 million in opex which brings ebitda is line. They should have cut sooner. Cut big and cut fast rather than slow dribbles that they have been doing. Stranzl also has $$$ based on recent capital raise. He is not typical retail CEO. I think he is cooking something here. Will be buying more under 4.30. That price is way too cheap. This doesn't even consider sales they can do like SLH the trucking company. Not sure why they still own it. Market dump has generated some deep value opportunities now.
