Valero, Chevron Tap Trans Mtn Pipeline for West Coast Crude

This headline popped up on OilPrice.com today. Refineries in California are set to receive cargoes of Cold Lake Crude. The first sales off the expanded pipeline to Western US refiners in addition to Asia. Good news for Strathcona's Cold Lake operations I would think. Can any of you O&G guys add any fidelity to this story? Thanks.
