In countires like Japan..
In countires like Japan..CEO F@#@ing up like this is a big shame.. so the shamed CEO usually picks up his good knife (which he probably has been saving for such occasions) and ends the shame.
In Canada unfortunately, people are shamed for lot of things but not taking S#$$# load of money from creditors and investors and F#$#$ing it up, so the investor can move on with his pockets full of money to take a vacation and relax after the big f@#@ up.
