Very hard to predict that.  I just buy on days it dips and hope have money to buy.  Steel prices strong. it's time in the market that counts not timing the market!!

Yes, I am long. When I feel the price rises abnormally high, I reduce, then buy back when (ever) it falls.

Price of hot-rolled steel on the CRU

Today's price is US$1840 a ton. That translates to CAN$2305.52. No wonder Stelco hit well over $50 this morning. Looks like a very good September.

AT $1850 US hrc, we are talking 10 share eps/cashflow before

tax. Now, they can shield some of the taxes. Assuming full tax, fed and ontario is 26/% range. So we are talking 7.50 a share coming though the door even if fully  taxed each quarter. If HCC ...more
