If you pull out covid lows - this pretty much hit a low not seen since 2016.  If youlook at a 10 year chart, pretty simple downtrending channel but it looks like we would be hitting the bottom of the channel at these prices. Last top of channel would be around $11.60 or so in spring 2023.

I think that I missed the $9.05 price, which I look upon as the bottom given the current conditions. I will buy a few thou @ 9.20 ish, if I can and see how that goes. I believe the dividend is safe for the time being.
