If FR increased the offer to a 1/2 share it would be fair. Deal made at the bottom of a bear market. A losing money stock for a proftable stock.

SVL earns $3.86 m, 1.35$/share, EDR loses $1 m, 2.28$/share

Now all becomes quite suspicious and one may ask if the current Board of Directors of SVL really works in best interests of its shareholders!?! ... They knew the results of the quarter before and just ...more

that only comes into play if another company makes a superior offer. Otherwise if the shareholders REJECT the current takeunder offer the breakup is only $1M. Small price to pay to stop a tragic ...more

Please remember that IF this deal fails (very unlikely, but possible) there will be a $8M fee to be paid to FR AND you can pretty much guarentee a quick selloff in the stock price.   Going back ...more

Price

I believe that the market is waking up to the fact that the offer is too low. The report later today after close must be excellent for the stock to be up.
