RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:mmmm

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:mmmmSadly, I would say 50-60% premium (usually the going rate) on a 30 day share price close average (assume $1.30)...so let's say $1.95 - $2.08 share price.  I say sadly because I would still be underwater.

Deal would most likely be a cash + shares.  Total value of deal $260M for SVL. (~129M fully diluted shares @ ~$2/share).  That would be a fair price in this market...not my ideal price of course (I wish Silver was over $25).

Buyer gets 8+ mine life at ~144M pre-tax revenue at current prices (I can see Santa Elena surpassing the PEA estimates yet again)., plus La Hoya..plus 200sq Miles around SE...plus 30M cash in the bank. PAA has projects near Santa Elena..PAA could use 30/60 rule to engage those properties.

Largest Shareholder is Sprott (@6.9M shares)...I'm sure they would take $2/share in a heartbeat.

Again..my two cents speculating.
