Why bother?
Callinan Royalties, Silvermex Resources, Strathmore Minerals, Fission and Esperanza Silver are all companies I've owned for a very long time while their beloved managers recently made buyout deals with bigger companies. Each time the shareholders failed to stop it and I received a very small premium in exchange for the end of a dream. A dream that was drafted by the very same executives that sold us out......................................So what if this time the shareholders succeed in retaining our Silvercrest. What do we do then? Does anyone still want these people managing our company? Why should I even bother to vote my shares?
