First it was 5 years for a mine then 12 years-how long -how long and at what PAY to the keepers inter alia.Those who put up real money have a right to all the information available and one bit of information is "what does the Quebec Government say" about this always "almost there" story of diamonds. The Government of Quebec must talk to someone.
