Tough to figure

It is difficult to understand why the SP of Syrah continues to head South.
Company is on the verge of deriving significant income from the production and sale of high margin annode material.
Getting to this stage has taken quite some time, financial resources, and determination.
Recent video footage shows a very impressive facility.
Plus, if the reports about China curtailing its graphite exports are to be believed, then sales of raw graphite should have picked up. I believe they had quite a bit of material ready to ship in inventory.
We should know by about the end of March how things are actually shaping up.
