RE:RE:working capitalICL paid on average about .58 cents I believe when they first started negotiations on where they based their premium on.. It was at all time lows when they started negotiations last year... at about .26-.30 cents.. That is where I am basing it on. Not only that, but the reason why they got it for that price was because they "bring alot to the table"
