Has anyone seen mention of the closing date?

They said it would close in the second quarter, so April, May or June, That's a Guaranteed 3 dividend payments and up to 3 additional ones.  At TD Waterhouse, I pay $9.99 commission. I wouldn't recommend basing decisions around saving a small $9.99 commission divvy2.

yep - string it out pocket the divvy and hope for minor correction in the market to buy something else................................  Question is what???

Mine is going into Riocan REIT, already got a bunch of it and the divy is pretty sweet at almost 5% For what its worth....

A few others to consider....NXR.UN, PRV.UN, APR.UN, DRG.UN, H&R.UN & SOT.UN. & IPL. FWIW....
