Too bad Investors get no distribution for May. They managed to squeak in the settlement a couple of days before ex-distribution date. Part of the agreement to not pay partial distributions but it works out a nice saving of $.028 share for the new owners when they get control. Something Directors should consider when considering bids. Current shareholders effectively had funds tied up for almost the full month with no return. (Effectively $8.10 less .028 monthly distribution).

Add to it any interest until the money shows up, if held in a margin acct. I called TD on Friday night & they seemed pretty coy over the phone: "Oh? First I heard of it". Yeah, right. TD is going to charge interest on that cash forth coming from this sale in the interim. As far as TD goes, there is nothing in my account to indicate that I even held these shares. They just disappeared
