I figure they  will close that gap at $16.41.....why not, they filled the other 4 gap ups from last week. 
Plus I do feel uneasy about that rumour in the news about the border open date being extended into late July -they will probably formally announce something in the next week. I am worried if they extend the closure, it'll hammer the share price.

for me it's too late to sell, if it drops more I'll have to average down  because eventually the international flights will resume

That's where most people make their mistake. Never too late to sell. If it drops another 20% you get to buy back that much more shares with same cash

if you sell you may miss when the stock recovers, when you average down you keep all your shares, AC is a safe stock in the long run, you only sell stocks which are going BK

Also very true. It's always a tough call but they will swing it hard just to get a reaction
