How many CMED shares Aurora owns?

How many CMED shares Aurora owns? There is too much misleading or fake information on the board. Some said 5%. Here are the real numbers:
until January 15, 700600  of total 24433412 issued, 2.867%.
keep in mind that most if not all of the shares have no right of vote because they were acquired after the cutoff date for voting. However it does reduce the number of shares for voting if those who owned shares but dumped after the cutoff date, November 30 don’t vote, which likely is true.

Aurora has locked up 38% shares promised to tender its takeover deal. That is 9.285 millions.
Even only 20m shares (81.9%) are to vote, 9.285m is not enough for a majority!

The last thing Aurora May do is to increase takeover price high enough to attract another 10% shares to vote against CMED/HIP merge.
