SectorThe whole sector is oversold, it has risen dramatically over December and early January on nothing more than speculation. Combined that with warrants, bought deals, dilution, mega mergers and other acquisitions, its plenty for the market to digest. Its going to take weeks to sot out, there will be lots of volatility, expect another 10-15% decline before it settles. Once the dust settles a new rally will begin and some clarity should be in the market as to Legalization timing. This pullback should have been expected, this sector operates on hype and speculation, fundamentals are not in the equation yet!!!
