RE:New ArticleBen, not good at all for the short term, especially for the investors who keep all their shares and hold through this transaction. Reasonable financial advice here for existing investors would be to at least reduce your position and re-enter at a lower SP. You can get the top share holders at Medrelief are going to cash in after the transaction closes and the SP will drop a great deal. I agree this is a great long term strategy to be long term survivor, but on the backs of public investors, which is fine if it works that way for them. My crystal ball says step out and come back in when the bottom shows itself..... sorry, great articles though, read them all.
