Watching

WatchingI am watching this stock because I see that a year from now there is a good news story, but until then I think it drifts down steadily.  Consider that the turn to Alberta may not be until the end of next year, that is a long way off.

There are a few things about the struxture of this stock that I have always disliked.  I don't like that Priestner owns a lot of the realestate - that is too much like a private company.  I don't like that structure that many of the manufacturers have placed on the company - that the controlling shares are owned by Priestner and that the non controlling shares are owned by AutoCanada.

He is a good operator, but if there are problems, what kind of mess do we have here

That said, the scenario is unlikely.

Good times for this company are atleast a year out.
