Hope you're right KK. The pants have been shat, now I need the stock to go up to buy new ones.
I'm frustrated because short term, this is just another downswing after a memorable February. It feels really far away at this point. Hopefully it'll seem like nothing a few months from now. But as a wise man once told me "I just wanna get rich tomorrow, not in two years!:
The stock market can really test people patience. My investment objective is to always double my money in 5 years which equates to about a 15% return compounded annually. If I don't think Adcore can double my money in 5 years then I will move on. I don't believe believe some share dilution will prevent this goal of mine from happening. In fact, If you look at companies such as Acuityads, they spend a lot more on r&d which allows them to have higher gross margins. I believe Adcore's strategy is to acquire as many clients as possible and then increase their margins later on. Investing in sales and marketing and r&d is one way they can achieve this.
One more point I'd like to make. It appears that the company prefers to invest in themselves rather than acquire another company that is probably too expensive for them to even look at. If you can't acquire a company with better tech than yours, then you have to do it yourself.
