RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NGO's Then And Now-ish.Very interesting article when you google "South Korea Protests"  Its a N.Y. Times piece dated Oct 19-23 on some very vocal element of South Korea's plublic and their penchant for protesting any number of different gripes.  This could very well be why they dont want this project on radar, for the tree huggers or anti mining activists to get involved and slow things down.
