I don't understand why someone would waste their time bashing a stock they exited years ago at a third of the current price. Bitter much?

Its clear that there is something at play with this guy. Either some personal vendetta against management, jealous competitor or the classic shorter. Whatever... This guy simply doesnt want the company to succeed.  I've also put him on ignore last week. It was entertaining for a while, but now its just boring.

It should be very clear. Management has dragged this financing news on for 6 years and has claimed it is "imminent" for the last 3 years. Meanwhile, they are dumping shares and taking million dollar bonuses.
