Not sure what the insider selling disclosure rules are but disclosing on April 18 a sale made on March 30 seems exessive. . . whois

I wonder (and hoping) that he is selling in the low $0.60's to buy shares with warrants attached at a bit of a higher price to raise money. Mr. Gutschlag just purchased last month. And there was the raising of money through CDI's with options attached recently also. Historically with Almonty, it seems like one of them do it, many of them seem to do it at the same time. Just to add.. -On Feb 15, 2023 (just two months ago), LB added shares @ $0.75. -On March 27 2023, Mr. Gutschlag added @ $0.65. -Starting March 30 2023, LB startted selling (just three days after Mr. Gutschlag bought shares). -LB sold for 10 straight trading days, but decided to file all 10 only today, and what I find interesting, filed just 5 minutes after market close today.
