RE:RE:Big private placement at $3.10Just plain slick on the warrant activation - a self inflicted poison pill for the buyer.  But do you think that that delta really makes much of a difference to Mithaq?

I'm more interested in who they convinced to invest 32M into this soap opera.  In their statement - "In connection with and subject to the closing of the Private Placement, the Company will be appointing two highly qualified independent directors, Thomas Finke and Yannis Skoufalos, to Aimia’s Board of Directors to fill two vacancies."  Is this suggesting that these guys are buying in?  

The saga continues.  Every time something comes along that looks like a carrrot on this channel, you get smacked by the stick.
