With as many warrants attached at $3.70.  You have to wonder if they would have gone thru with this disgusting move if Mithaq wasn't doing what they're doing.  Either way, looks like they're willing to burn it down imo.  Ahh egos.  Good luck all.

And to add to that, the pricing of the warrants at $3.70 is an interesting price point.  Would this not essentially discourage Mithaq from increasing it's bid?  If they raise their bid even ten cents the warrants would all be potentially exercised and they'd end up having to pay an extra $39,000,000 in their purchase price no?  Greasy.

Just plain slick on the warrant activation - a self inflicted poison pill for the buyer.  But do you think that that delta really makes much of a difference to Mithaq? I'm more interested in who they convinced to invest 32M into this soap opera.  In their statement - "In connection with and subject to the closing of the Private Placement, the Company will be appointing two ...more
