If a unsolicited bid for Amia was made for a greater amount by another suitor Mithaq would not be in favor of it. Mithaq claims the securities charges against them are not based but scared to face ...more

We both agree $3.66 is a lowball offer. I just don't see the point of insulting Mithaq. Aimia management should explore whether they can negotiate with Mithaq for a better offer.
